Returns & Cancellations
Exchange Policy:
At Fortune Reserve, our top priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order within 5 business days of delivery, we offer an exchange option. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. Return Policy:
Fortune Reserve accepts returns on all products within 5 business days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. To request a return, please contact us using our Contact Us page or email us directly at customersupport@fortunereserve.com. All returns are subject to our Market Loss Policy.
Cancellation for Non-Payment:
To ensure timely processing of your order, payment must be postmarked or wired within 1 business day of order confirmation by Fortune Reserve. Failure to make timely payment may result in the cancellation of your order, and you will be responsible for any market loss fees incurred.
Rights and Remedies:
If you fail to comply with any term of the User Agreement at any time, Fortune Reserve reserves the right to cancel any existing orders. If Fortune Reserve cancels your order for any reason other than non-payment, your exclusive remedy and Fortune Reserve’s liability, if applicable, for the cancelled order is either a refund of the paid amount minus any cancellation fees or the return of the precious metal products you submitted. Additionally, Fortune Reserve may utilize any funds in its possession to fulfill your monetary obligations, offset any obligations Fortune Reserve has to you, suspend or terminate your account. The suspension or termination of your account does not release you from your obligations under the User Agreement.
By using our services, you expressly authorize Fortune Reserve to charge your credit card for any applicable amounts. Furthermore, in the event of your failure to fulfill your obligations to Fortune Reserve, Fortune Reserve retains all rights and remedies available, whether in law, equity, or otherwise, as outlined in the User Agreement. This includes the possibility of turning your account over to a collection agency or lawyer for collection purposes. Fortune Reserve’s delay or failure to exercise any right or remedy does not constitute a waiver, and partial exercise does not prevent further action or the exercise of other rights or remedies.
