Payment Policy & info

Product Representation:
At Fortune Reserve, please note that the photos of our products serve as representations and may not necessarily depict the exact item you will receive. They are intended to provide a general idea of the item’s quality, and we recommend reviewing the product page for additional details regarding its condition.

Price Changes:
All prices listed are subject to change based on market fluctuations. We strive to keep our prices updated, but please be aware that they may vary due to market conditions.

Order Refusal and Acceptance:
We reserve the right to refuse any order if the quoted price of an item is incorrect due to typographical, technical, or system errors. Additionally, we retain the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Legally Binding Agreement:
Once you place an order through FortuneReserve.com, you enter into a legally binding agreement. After your order is confirmed with a unique confirmation number, it cannot be canceled without being subject to our Market Loss Policy.

Payment Deadline and Order Cancellation:
For bank wire payments, full payment must be submitted within 1 business day, and personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders must be postmarked within the same timeframe. Failure to meet these payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your order at our discretion, and our Market Loss Policy may be implemented. If you choose bank wire payment, wiring instructions will be provided within 1 hour during regular business hours Monday through Friday, or by Monday morning for weekend orders.
In the event of an insufficient funds paper check payment, Fortune Reserve reserves the right to cancel the order and impose administrative fees, market loss fees, or bill the payable balance to the credit/debit card associated with the account.

Check Processing and Authorization:
All personal, bill pay, or business checks are held for 3-5 business days. By providing a check as payment, you authorize us to either make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account using the information from your check or process the payment as a check transaction. When an electronic fund transfer is used, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day of payment, and your check will not be returned by your financial institution.

Order Processing Methods:
Orders paid with credit card, postal money order, or bank order are promptly placed into our processing queue for efficient handling.
